Description:

Patchwork dress has a gray and black striped panel in the center.
On the panel are gold buttons and chains.
Along the neckline is black ruffled mesh.
3/4 sleeves have black sleeve cuffs with black ruffled mesh.
One sleeve is covered in patchwork and the other has gray and black stripes.
Sides of the bodice and peplum are blue with embossed swirl patterns.
Bottom of the skirt is made from blue and black checkered material.
Bow tie is made from blue and black checkered material.
Included is a black top hat with a blue and black checkered hatband.
Tucked into the hatband is a white card with 10/6 on the front.
