  • Black vinyl military style costume hat has a peaked front and a stiffened cap brim.
  • The hat has plastic tubing along the inner top to create shape in addition to plastic to give the hat the peaked look.
  • This festival hat features a silver faux rhinestone hat band that measures 1.5" wide.
  • For additional shape the padded mesh sweat band is reinforced with a wide plastic inner band.
  • To secure the hat into position there is an elastic strap that sits under the chin.
  • Suitable for most adults with a head circumference of approximately 22".
