Description:

Dress has a blue velvet corset style style bodice with a pink haltnerneck strap.
Corset has pink piping and white lace around the piping, bust line and waist.
Down the front are 3 pink bows.
At the waist is a blue velvet peplum with pink ribbon along the trim.
Skirt is made from two tiers of white lace with a white underlay.
Mini shrug is made from blue velvet material and has 3/4 length sleeves.
Trim has white lace all over.
Sleeves have white lace at the ends and a pink bow.
