Dress has a white bodice with a red panel in the center.
Red panel has black criss cross ribbon over the top.
Bust area and puff sleeves are black.
Attached under the bust is a red halterneck strap.
Down the sides of the red panel are playing card suits.
Skirt is red with a ruffled black hem.
On the skirt are white playing cards with glitter suits and gold borders.
Included is a white mesh neck ruffle with gold trim and velcro closure.
